Terms of use

Using this site

The content on kissimmeeconcrete.com is general information about concrete and paver work in Central Florida. It is not a quote, not engineering advice and not legal advice. Prices are planning ranges with a published method; your price is in your written proposal. Permit and HOA rules are quoted from official sources as of the date shown on each page and can change; confirm with the office or association before you rely on them.

Tools and calculators

The calculator, permit finder, decision tool, pour calendar and project brief run in your browser and produce estimates and planning notes. They can be wrong for an unusual lot, an address near a boundary, or a project outside the assumptions stated on the tool. Use them to prepare for an estimate, not to order materials or file a permit.

Estimates and contracts

Sending the estimate form does not create a contract. Work is performed under a written contract that states scope, specifications, price, schedule, payment terms and the workmanship warranty. The contract controls over anything on this site.

Content and reuse

Text, photos and tools are ours unless stated. The Cost Index data at /api/cost-index.json and .csv is licensed CC BY 4.0: reuse it with attribution to Kissimmee Concrete and a link to the index page. Concept renderings are labelled as such and may not be presented as photographs of finished work.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of general information on this site. Nothing here limits the rights you have under a signed contract or under law.

In short

The parts people actually need to know

Prices on this site are planning ranges with a published method, not offers. Nothing here creates a contract; work is done under a written agreement that states the scope, specification, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty, and that agreement controls over anything on this site if the two ever differ.

Permit and association rules are quoted from official sources as of the date shown on each page. They change, sometimes without notice, and the office or the association is always the authority rather than us. The tools are planning aids that run in your browser; they can be wrong for an unusual lot, an address near a boundary or a project outside their stated assumptions, and they should not be used to order material or to decide that a permit is unnecessary.

The Cost Index data is licensed for reuse under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, with attribution and the release date kept attached. Everything else on the site, including the photographs, the guides and the tools, is ours. Concept renderings are labelled as renderings and may not be presented anywhere as photographs of completed work.
