Does a generator pad need a permit in Osceola County?

Dark-sky lighting and other community standards
Harmony was planned with a dark-sky lighting standard, which affects anything we build that carries a light: a workshop slab with a wall pack, a pad with a security light, a walkway with path lighting. Fixtures have to be shielded and downward-directed, and colour temperature is typically restricted.
It is not our approval to give, and the community's current standards govern rather than our summary of them. What we do is raise it at the design stage, because a lighting fixture chosen for a pad and then rejected is a small but entirely avoidable delay, and because the standard is one of the things that makes the community what it is.
