HOA / ARC packet checklist
Build the packet your board will actually accept
Pick your community and the type of work; the checklist assembles what the architectural committee asks for, drawn from the criteria we have read (APV, Solivita, Celebration, Bellalago, Solterra) or from the typical management-company form where we have not. Print it, gather the items, and we fill in the technical attachments.
Sources for the rules
Association of Poinciana Villages (APV), Solivita, Celebration (CROA), Bellalago & Isles of Bellalago, Solterra Resort; the HOA hub lists which communities we have verified and which we have not.
Why a checklist beats a form
Every association has its own application form, and none of them can be replaced by something on our site. What can be replaced is the back-and-forth that happens when a packet goes in missing the survey, or with a photograph instead of a sample, or without the drainage note the board asks about every time. The checklist assembles what the boards in this area actually ask for, so the first submission is the complete one.
That matters most where the meeting cycle is long. In Celebration, where the committee meets monthly, an incomplete packet costs a month. In Poinciana, where an application not acted on within thirty days is deemed disapproved, an incomplete packet can cost the application itself.

Questions we get about this
Do you submit the packet for me?
We prepare it and submit it where the association allows contractors to; otherwise you submit and we supply the attachments.
What if my community isn't listed?
Choose the management-form option; it lists what boards typically ask for, and we build to the current guidelines you get from your manager.
Can the HOA demand a permit first?
Not since HB 803 took effect on July 1, 2026.
Get a written estimate for your project
Tell us the size, the surface you have now and where the lot is. We visit, measure, check access and drainage, and send a written proposal. No pressure calls.
